Job Description
We are currently interviewing for a detail-oriented staff accountant for a contract role located in San Antonio offering a balanced hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. Working closely with the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting all day-to-day operational accounting functions. salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities
- Execute the complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and the reconciliation of complex balance sheet accounts.
- Oversee daily operational accounting tasks such as fixed asset management and accruals, while analyzing variances to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Must possess 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a high level of proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
- Position is hybrid with 3 days on site and 2 days working remote.
