Job Description SUMMARY: This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate accounting environment, working closely with accounting professionals on day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and compliance. Assist with various month-end close accounting tasks (ex. journal entries, amortization schedules, reconciliations, etc.) Support the year-end close processes; including engaging with internal and external audit partners Help maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting efforts Participate in ad hoc projects and reporting tasks as needed MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a BS or MBA/MS A major in a Business or IT field is desired OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical skills Observational and listening skills Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organizational skills Ability to listen effectively, respect others' perspectives and contributions, and offer and accept constructive feedback Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
