• Researching and resolving invoice/payment discrepancies
• Handling GL coding errors or exceptions

Job Requirements

Required skills: 

• High school Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in utility
• Minimum 5 years of experience in High-volume invoice processing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PO matching and non-PO invoice handling

Preferred skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (PeopleSoft)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication for vendor and internal team interactions
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems or procedures (key for temp roles)
