Assignment Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Bartlett, IL

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 / Per Hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day purchasing process for non-inventory items and services.
• Create, maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain purchasing records and tracking information using Excel.
• Communicate with various internal departments to clarify requests and ensure all required information is received before processing.
• Provide administrative support related to purchasing and accounts payable activities.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when managing documentation and requests.

Looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on professional email correspondence.
• Is comfortable working in Excel for data entry, tracking, record maintenance, and file management.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Is open to entry-level opportunities and interested in developing a career in accounting, finance, or related business functions.
• Brings prior customer service, administrative, or office support experience, which is highly transferable to this role.
