Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties, which may include word processing, organizing electronic and paper files, processing incoming mail, answering phones, maintaining reports and other pertinent data.  Must be able to work 100% Onsite.   Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • SAP knowledge or Onbase experience ideal, but not required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have attention to detail, and work needs to be done quickly and correctly, since it's time-sensitive.
  • Professional Skills- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Able to write correspondence.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. 

salary: $19 - $19.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Sorting and scanning proof of deliveries, issuing credits to customers, and filing.
  • Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties, which may include word processing, organizing electronic and paper files, processing incoming mail, answering phones, maintaining reports and other pertinent data.
  • May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations.
  • May train and assist other employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
