Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician
Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) providing comprehensive family medicine and community health services
• Work with underserved patient populations in a team-based approach to patient care
• Manage your own patient panel and develop long-term patient relationships
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant available to assist with translation and patient care
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday-Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must have Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
• Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala available
• HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18
• Relocation assistance available
