Job Description

New location target opening is mid May. We would like to begin hiring and training 3 to 4 weeks prior to opening.

About the Role:

As an in-store leader, you will:

  • Delegate, Train, and Monitor: Guide and support our associates across all facets of the hardware store.
  • Manage Sales, Expenses, and Profits: Ensure the store operates efficiently and meets financial goals.
  • Development: Foster the growth and development of yourself and your team members.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Leadership Roles Available: Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager positions.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk for up to 8 hours during shifts.
