Job Description

We are teamed up with a Commercial construction litigation firm that is adding a litigation Associate Attorney to their team in Irvine, California. This is a boutique firm that has been established for 10 years. The ideal candidate is someone who is personable and eager to learn and grow in the construction litigation space.

About the role and firm-

* Spacious separate office for attorney

* In-office firm with occasional remote work

* 1800 annual billable hours requirement

* Discretionary merit bonus at end of year

* 15-20% for business origination (for receivables collected)

* 401-k plan with a 3% match

* Paid parking, MCLE, bar dues

Ideal candidate:

* 3-6 years' experience in civil litigation, but will gladly entertain candidates with more experience

* Litigation experience; bonus would be depositions/court appearances/trial-arbitration experience

* Ability and enjoyment working in office

Compensation will depend on a combination of education and experience. Full benefits and bonus structure in place.
