Job Summary (List Format):


- Manage cases during the pre-litigation and investigation phases, including coordination with forensic experts
- Handle litigation matters from discovery through to trial
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings
- Assist with trial strategy, preparation, and trial proceedings as needed
- Manage cases in other states through pro hac vice admission
- Interact regularly with clients and attend marketing events
- Maintain strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Effectively manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ensure attention to detail and maintain professionalism throughout all tasks
