Job Description Landers Ford is hiring an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) to oversee all aspects of new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for sales performance, gross profit, inventory strategy, desking, team development, and process execution. This is not a desk-only position. The right candidate will be hands-on, performance-driven, and actively engaged in daily sales operations, coaching, and deal structure.
