We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a reliable detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience. This role supports day-to-day bookkeeping AP/AR invoicing and reconciliations. Experience in a service-based business and familiarity with MSP billing is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage Accounts Payable (AP): vendor bills coding payments
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): invoices payments customer follow-ups
Assist with recurring invoicing project billing
Support monthly reporting: P&L balance sheet AR/AP aging
Help coordinate with CPA for month-end and year-end needs
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Prior work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
Experience with Autotask PSA (ticketing / agreements / billing workflows)
Familiarity with third-party billing or payment platforms (e.g. Alternative Payments)
Experience supporting recurring revenue (MRR) billing models
Requirements
3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks proficiency
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail confidentiality and professionalism
