POSITION AVAILABLE: Full-time faculty on the Waynesburg campus beginning August 2026 in Business Administration. Rank and tenure track status will be determined based upon the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful candidate. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

SALARY/RANK: Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Doctorate of Business Administration, PhD in Management, Leadership or related business field; MBA with industry-related experience will be considered.  A history of teaching at the graduate and/or undergraduate levels with a demonstrated capacity to embrace and use experiential and active learning techniques in the classroom is preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University's Mission, and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students. As a Christian University, Waynesburg University hires as full-time faculty only persons who profess faith in Jesus Christ and demonstrate that faith in a manner consistent with the mission and institutional commitments of the University.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching twelve hours per semester in business courses including Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics and other business areas as background and curricular needs dictate. Normal faculty duties such as committee assignments, advising, business curriculum development, and internship facilitation are also expected.
