Title: Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of experience to support enterprise systems, data platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements for systems, data, integrations, and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise systems, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
Create and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test cases while ensuring accurate data lineage and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and business teams to support system integrations, data pipelines, and AI solution lifecycle requirements.
