Job Description

Salary: $180,000 - 250,000 per year Requirements:

  • We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • We need extensive IT leadership experience, including more than 10 years in senior roles such as Senior Director, VP of IT, or CIO.
  • We expect 8 to 10+ years of experience aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and leading transformation programs.
  • We look for 8 to 10+ years managing enterprise or business unit IT functions, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations partnerships.
  • We require 5 to 10 years of experience in technology governance, risk oversight, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
  • We need 5 to 10 years of experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives and translating technical priorities into business value.
  • We expect 5+ years leading digital transformation efforts, including cloud adoption, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • We require 5+ years of experience in IT budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and financial optimization.
  • We look for 5+ years leading organizational change through mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or cultural transformation.
  • We value strong strategic thinking, executive communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • We prefer experience leading technology strategy across multiple geographies or business units.
  • We prefer hands-on experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and post-merger technology harmonization.
  • We prefer experience modernizing IT environments with cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics.
  • We prefer prior leadership in foodservices distribution.
  • We prefer experience implementing Agile, DevOps, and product-centric operating models.
  • We prefer experience presenting technology strategy, risk, and investment plans to boards and investors.
Responsibilities:
  • We develop and execute a technology strategy that supports business unit priorities and enterprise-wide objectives.
  • We lead technology-enabled transformation, innovation, automation, and digital solution adoption to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and customer experience.
  • We oversee governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management to protect assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • We direct infrastructure, applications, and support services to maintain reliability, scalability, and strong performance.
  • We manage technology budgets, control spend, and optimize investment decisions to improve ROI.
  • We partner with executives, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure technology solutions support operational and strategic needs.
  • We build, lead, and develop a high-performing technology organization with a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.
  • We ensure our solutions align with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and security standards while meeting business unit needs.
