Job Description:
Everybody Shines Productions, LLC is a newly formed independent film, television, and documentary production company preparing to launch its first major original film. Before production begins, we are currently filming a proof-of-concept documentary for networks that showcases our upcoming competitive TV series titled Casting the Crew. This is not a traditional job placement. This is an audition-based opportunity for camera operators who want to showcase their skills publicly and be considered for long-term creative projects.
About the Project:
Casting the Crew follows two teams of actors and behind-the-scenes creatives—including camera operators, set designers, makeup artists, and other crew members—as they compete in a series of weekly challenges and showcases.
The goal:
To determine which team will earn the opportunity to work on and be credited in our first major independent film.
How the Process Works:
Applicants will be reviewed and selected for auditions and interviews
Selected participants will be featured in our documentary, capturing real production environments and creative decision-making
Participants who advance will appear on our official podcast, streaming exclusively on the EBS streaming platform
The documentary and podcast serve as a proof-of-concept pitch to television networks
Once the TV series is picked up by a network, participants will receive stipends funded by the network during Season One
Compensation & Incentives:
Auditions are unpaid
Participants who win the competition and TV series will:
. Work on our first major independent film
. Receive 2% revenue participation from the film’s performance on the EBS streaming platform
. Revenue participation is paid for one (1) year
All terms will be secured through a formal contract to ensure professionalism, trust, and payment protection.
Who We’re Looking For:
Camera Operators who
. Have experience with digital cinema cameras or professional video equipment
. Understand framing, lighting, and movement
. Can work efficiently in documentary, podcast, and narrative environment
. Are comfortable being filmed as part of a documentary and competitive series
.Want long-term growth and exposure, not just a one-time gig
