Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Premium Weekend Program

Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community currently has excellent opportunities for  Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)to join our  Skilled Nursing Team! Premium Weekend (PRW) CNA's are required to work twelve (12) or sixteen (16) hour shifts during the weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).

Schedule:
12-hour shifts
  • Day/Eve - 6:30am-7:00pm (2 Lunch Breaks)
16-hour shifts
  • Day/Eve - 6:30am-11:15pm (2 Lunch Breaks)


Compensation: Dependent upon experience , $16.40-$20.48/hr +  an   additional $5.00/hr PRW differential!

Primary Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Assist residents with their daily living activities (bathing, dressing and grooming).
  • Respond to residents needs in a way that supports their overall well-being and creates an atmosphere of encouragement, compassion and dignity.
  • Provide an extraordinary customer service experience for our residents to include, but not limited to maintaining a clean and safe living environment all the while, encouraging independence.
  • Consistently contribute to a positive, caring approach that supports residents, and fellow team members.
Position Requirements:
  • Valid Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
  • At least 18 years of age
