Essential Functions:
The Change Management Program Lead will play a critical role in driving organizational readiness, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and supporting smooth transitions for largescale vendor initiatives, process redesigns, and operational improvements. It requires a seasoned professional with deep experience in change management, strategic planning, and cross functional leadership.
