The Child and Adolescent Psychologist will provide comprehensive behavioral health treatment for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.Open to Full Time & Part Time Candidates. Full Time Compensation $125,000/annual; prorated for part time positions.Must have a NY Medicaid Provider Number!DescriptionPerform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practicesProvide individual, family and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalitiesParticipate in collaborative care team meetingsDevelop collaborative relationships and referral agreements with community mental health providersMonitor patient service quality and progress for referred patientsComplete required documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and implementation in a timely mannerWork closely with patient, family and team to overcome obstacles in treatmentMaintain licensure and professional development as required by licensing boardQualificationsRequired Education: Earned Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a program accredited by the American/Canadian Psychological Association (APA).If you are innovative and looking forward to healthcare transformation and like working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy being part of our team!CompensationCompensation Dependent Upon Location and ExperienceThe salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role.
