Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical research activities. The primary goals include ensuring compliance with protocols, managing patient interactions, and maintaining accurate records in a multidisciplinary research environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical research projects according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Ensure proper protection of human subjects involved in research.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage research data using electronic medical records and systems such as REDCap and CTMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as nursing, biology, or public health preferred.
• Prior experience in clinical research or oncology preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.

Experience

• 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Experience in patient-facing roles.
• Oncology research experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical records (EMR), and research data systems (e.g., REDCap, CTMS).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Additional Requirements

Work must be conducted in-person, with no remote work option available.
