Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders.
• Develop and execute community outreach strategies to increase awareness of upcoming events, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Represent the company at community events, networking functions, fairs, festivals, and local meetings.
• Engage with community members by distributing promotional materials and encouraging participation in events and programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns, educational materials, and promotional content.
• Assist in planning and coordinating community events, workshops, informational sessions, and promotional activities.
• Collect community feedback and market insights to help improve future outreach initiatives and event experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, partnerships, event participation, and community engagement activities.
• Support event setup, coordination, and on-site execution as needed.
• Identify new partnership opportunities that strengthen community relationships and expand brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor#39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Sociology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience or internships in community outreach, marketing, public relations, nonprofit organizations, customer service, event planning, or communications is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
