Job Title: Contract Reviewer

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Contract Reviewer to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with business-related degrees who are eager to start their careers and grow within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Conduct contract reviews of all incoming sales orders.

  • Assist in ensuring orders are accurate and can be entered into the system.

  • Process purchase orders sent by customers.

  • Review each purchase order, identify errors, and communicate with customers to obtain revised POs.

  • Enter processed POs into the CRM system.

Essential Skills

  • Data entry and administrative skills.

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and typing proficiency at 50 WPM with high accuracy.

  • Mathematical skills, including proficiency in Excel for drawing and interpreting graphs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
