COH is in need of a contract specialist/contract administrator who can review contracts, compare with templates (provided), provide negotiation recommendations/strategy, identify contractual risk areas, and help coordinate/facilitate meetings with the vendor for negotiations and work with our legal department. The contracts would be IT contracts - so someone who is already familiar with technology, equipment, software, professional services, etc.
