About the Opportunity
A well-regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Associate Attorney to join its Kansas City office. This role offers the chance to handle sophisticated transactions while working within a collaborative, high-performance practice group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage transactions involving:

Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)

Venture capital investments

Private equity / leveraged buyouts

Capital markets and securities offerings

Advise clients on corporate governance and securities law compliance (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).

Provide guidance on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.

Partner with colleagues and clients to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Candidate Profile

Active Missouri Bar license required.

5+ years of corporate finance/transactional experience.

Strong academic background.

Excellent drafting, analytical, leadership, and client service skills.

Proven ability to manage matters independently.
