Title: CRM Marketing Specialist (Part Time)

Location: Boston, MA

Pay Rate Range: $40 / hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist for a part-time engagement of approximately 25 – 30 hours per week. This role will support the hands-on execution and optimization of customer marketing campaigns across digital channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically comfortable within a marketing automation platform, and able to manage campaigns from build through deployment while maintaining strong quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, schedule, and deploy CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and mobile channels.
• Create and maintain automated customer journeys, promotional campaigns, and triggered communications.
• Develop email layouts and messaging using provided creative assets and campaign requirements.
• Manage audience segmentation, lists, personalization, and campaign automation.
• Perform thorough QA across devices and platforms prior to launch.
• Support A/B testing of messaging, creative, timing, and other campaign variables.
• Monitor engagement, deliverability, conversion, and other campaign performance metrics.
• Partner with marketing, creative, analytics, and other internal teams to coordinate campaign execution.
• Maintain appropriate subscription preferences and digital marketing compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, performance, and automation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, email, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Experience with campaign automation, journey building, audience segmentation, and data-driven personalization.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and dynamic email content.
• Comfortable troubleshooting campaign, data, and rendering issues.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign analytics, and email deliverability.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
