Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Data Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing data, preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting business decisions through insights and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze business data
Prepare reports and performance summaries
Maintain dashboards and reporting tools

Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
0–2 years of experience in administration, reporting, analytics, customer support, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Professional and dependable mindset
