  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
  • Handle data requests from business stakeholders, assist with data-related technical issues, and effectively communicate insights through data visualization.
  • Explore new datasets and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions, with a focus on identifying opportunities for AI application.
  • Take on individual special projects as needed to enhance your knowledge in machine learning, big data technologies, and AI implementation.

  • Data Visualization: Minimum 1 year of development experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Statistical Analysis: A strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and probability theory.
  • Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning algorithms. Understand the basics of supervised and unsupervised learning, feature selection, and model evaluation.
  • Cloud & Big Data: Exposure to a major Cloud Platform (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and a basic knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is beneficial.
  • Mathematics: A solid understanding of linear algebra and calculus.
