This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with modern cloud-based systems.
Position Overview
- Role: Data Entry Clerk (Entry-Level)
- Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr
- Location: Kansas City, MO (On-site 5 days per week)
- Duration: 3 months with possible extensions
- Schedule: 40 hours per week; 10am – 6pm CST preferred (9am – 5pm CST also considered)
- Equipment: Laptop and monitor provided

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity and organization of critical project data. Your daily tasks will include:
- Document Management: Collecting, organizing, and verifying source documents and related information.
- Information Retrieval: Actively searching for and downloading necessary documents within Google Drive and Box.
- Data Quality: Correcting and manipulating data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Reporting: Providing regular status updates on spreadsheets regarding data entry progress and homeowner compliance.
- General Support: Executing routine tasks such as typing, navigating various software systems, and copy/paste functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Data Entry Mastery: Proven ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional basic computer skills, including fast typing and smooth system navigation.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
- CRM Familiarity: Experience navigating Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Organizational Talent: Excellent ability to manage and prioritize tasks while following precise directions
