We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in a part-time remote capacity. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to maintain accuracy while handling routine data entry and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining information in company databases and systems while following established procedures and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies.
Maintain organized electronic records and files.
Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Follow established data entry procedures and company guidelines.
Protect confidential and sensitive information.
Communicate professionally with team members regarding data or documentation issues.
Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous data entry or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, email, and online systems.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
