Job Description

ParkEPS is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support administrative and operational teams by entering, verifying, updating, and maintaining accurate company information. The position will involve working with employee, customer, parking operation, scheduling, billing, and other business records.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information accurately. You will collaborate with operations, management, finance, and administrative teams to maintain reliable records and support efficient day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update employee, customer, operational, and administrative information.
  • Verify data against source documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies, duplicate records, and missing information.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and databases.
  • Assist with employee scheduling and operational records.
  • Process and maintain billing and administrative documentation.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries for management.
  • Retrieve information and records when requested by authorized personnel.
  • Assist with document scanning, filing, and digital record organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and financial information.
  • Perform routine data-quality checks to ensure information remains accurate.
  • Support administrative and operational teams with data-related tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database applications.
  • Good typing and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
