This is a Full-Time position based in our office in Orlando, Florida, United States . Our firm is committed to providing personalised, efficient, and practical legal solutions across a range of practice areas, including business law, real estate, and estate planning. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and organisation of our critical legal data, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

 

• Accurately and efficiently transcribe and enter data from various sources, including legal documents, client correspondence, and case files, into our database and case management systems.
• Review documents and data for errors, correct any inaccuracies, and ensure the final output meets our high standards.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of all client and firm information in accordance with professional and legal standards.
• Organise and maintain physical and digital files to ensure information is easily accessible and retrievable.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring a logical and efficient workflow.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive information.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as required.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in a data entry or typing role is preferred, but not essential for a candidate with demonstrable skills.
• Excellent typing speed combined with a high degree of accuracy.
• A strong command of the English language, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to producing precise work.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment would be an advantage.

Compensation

The offered compensation for this role is $20.00 - $35.00 USD per hour , dependent on experience and skills.
