Job Description

1. A bachelor's degree is required, along with at least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Willing to travel frequently to assigned overseas markets.
4. Proficient in English for business negotiations, email correspondence, and document drafting; able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
7. Knowledge of export procedures and international trade regulations is a plus. 1.To manage customer accounts and to achieve sales, gross margin & collection budget for designated geographical region.

1. To develop new customers and sales channels for continuous growth.
2. Follow up after sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality services to customers. Regularly seeks out and acts upon feedback from customers.
3. To monitor and report market and competitor activities and outlook.
4. Accountabilities in performing with high working attitude to achieve the set KPI on Sales, Gross Margin, Collection Budget, New Customer Prospection & Contribution.
5. Duties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employee’s training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards which will be specified as required.
6. Working closely with other departments such as specification, product development, and technical service to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs.
