Job Title: Dishwasher (Full-Time)

🕓 Evenings & Closing Shifts | Tuesday–Saturday
About the Role:
Labyrinth Press Company is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This is a fast-paced, essential position that supports the entire kitchen during busy service and closing.
You’ll be responsible for keeping dishes, equipment, and the kitchen environment clean, organized, and moving efficiently throughout the shift.
Schedule:

• Full-time hours
• Fridays & Saturdays required
• Primarily evening and closing shifts
• Closed Sundays & Mondays

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Maintain steady flow of clean dishes back to the kitchen during service
• Take out trash and recycling as needed
• Assist with end-of-night cleaning and closing duties
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards

This is a fast-paced role in a tight, high-volume kitchen. Staying organized and keeping up with the flow of service is key.
