Job Title: Electronics Technician
Job Description
This position offers a hands-on role working with electronic assemblies in a climate-controlled repair station environment. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot circuit boards and avionics-related electronic components at the component level, using your strong understanding of fundamental electronics principles. The role requires solid skills in soldering, diagnostics, and circuit analysis, as well as the ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation. Candidates will complete a technical knowledge assessment covering core electronics concepts such as logic gates, diodes, LEDs, transistors, resistors, capacitors, and circuit behavior.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled, indoor part 145 repair station focused on avionics and electronic component repair. Work is performed at an electronics bench using tools such as multimeters, power supplies, soldering and de-soldering equipment, and other standard test instruments. You will handle small, fine-pitch components and printed circuit boards in a clean, organized setting designed for precision electronics work. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to established repair and maintenance procedures for aircraft and avionics systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
