Xclusive Painting Company is seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters . In this role, you'll engage homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce our professional painting services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with prospective customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate interest, build rapport with homeowners, and schedule appointments for our painting consultants.
This is not a closing role. Your focus is on creating opportunities and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
Introduce homeowners to Xclusive Painting Company's services
Educate potential customers about exterior and interior painting solutions
Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments
Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments
Represent the company professionally in the community
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals
Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment quality

Previous door-to-door, canvassing, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
