Masonry Estimator- Commercial Construction

About the Opportunity: A highly reputable commercial masonry contractor is seeking a motivated Masonry Estimator to join their established estimating team. This company is known for delivering high-quality projects in large-scale commercial sectors, with a collaborative, team-first culture where open communication and problem-solving are at the forefront.

The Role:

Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, budgets, and cost plans for masonry projects.

Perform scope reviews, pre-contract, and post-contract negotiations.

Track and pursue outstanding bids while cultivating strong client relationships.

Collaborate in a team-oriented environment that emphasizes roundtable project discussions.

Review drawings with a strong technical understanding of masonry construction.

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial masonry experience.

Familiarity with Tradesmen's Master Estimating for Masonry .

Large project experience ($10M-$20M+)

Strong computer literacy and ability to read and interpret drawings.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, problem-solving culture.

Degree not required - proven experience and skills matter most.
