Job Summary:

The Experienced Equipment Operator will operate a variety of equipment, trucks and tractors for the purpose of street and utility repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.65/hr
  • Employment Type: Year Round (11-month)
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate all equipment used by the Mt. Ops team
  • Monitor all equipment and make sure that all issues are addressed promptly and communicated with Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Physical Labor will be required due to the broad scope of the jobs that will be done for the resort. Responsible for all aspects of Mountain operations.
  • Maintenance of signs and repairs and general maintenance.
  • Able to take directions and work as part of a team
  • Accurately troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-year heavy equipment experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Class A or B CDL License is required for this position
  • Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $28.65/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
