Primary remit Lead discrete workstreams: Take ownership of the workstream, structure ambiguous problems, drive relevant analyses independently, synthesize insights and implications into client-ready deliverables
Critical requirements
- Recent to ~2 years of relevant consulting experience in Strategic Assessments, Growth Strategy, Transformations, New Venture Build, Commercialization type engagements
- Bachelors’ degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred
The opportunity
EY-Parthenon is establishing a Strategy Realized Global Delivery Team in Argentina to provide ‘near-shore’ support to the US teams. The Argentina based team(s) are expected to be involved on client engagements across the Strategy Realized service line, including but not limited to engagements focused on strategic assessments, growth strategy, new market or product entry, venture building, go-to-market, commercial diligence and operational transformation. The Associate will be a core delivery team member who will support workstream execution while partnering closely with other local team members as well as onshore / US-based and broader global delivery (likely India) engagement teams.
This role is designed for a strong problem solver who can translate ambiguous business questions into structured hypotheses, analytical plans, and executive-ready recommendations. The successful candidate will combine consulting discipline, analytical rigor, strong business judgment, an AI-first mindset with excellent deliverable development skills to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Workstream execution: Support with the day-to-day execution of one or more workstreams within the engagement; including but not limited to:
- Developing data request lists
- Documenting notes and synthesizing summaries across internal and external meetings
- Gathering, reviewing, cleansing and normalizing datasets
- Supporting with quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Structured problem solving: Define clear issue / hypotheses trees and research plans, for assigned tasks
- Deliverable development: Build client-ready deliverables in accordance with EYP guidelines
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate proactively and frequently with global teams to deliver work in a timely manner
Qualifications And Experience - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to follow guidance on a module or workstream and execute with some level of guidance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative analysis, including comfort working with imperfect and/or large data sets and multiple information sources
- Ability to work effectively across time zones in a near-shore delivery model and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
- Professional services, consulting, or client-facing project experience strongly preferred.
- Preferred 2 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or internal roles within industry in corporate strategy, corporate or business development functions
