Job Description
An established law firm in Charlotte is currently seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their team. This is a temporary-to-hire position that offers a hybrid schedule upon permanent placement. The firm is looking for candidates with at least two years of attorney experience (family law preferred) who are fluent in Spanish. salary: $38 - $62 per hour

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, ensuring the protection of their rights and interests
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and advise clients
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and develop case strategies tailored to their unique situations
- Negotiate settlements and agreements, striving for favorable outcomes while maintaining professional integrity
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, presenting cases effectively and confidently
- Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly and empathetically
