Job Description

This role focuses on accurately filling customer orders in a fast-paced distribution center using voice-directed technology and warehouse equipment. You will pick, stage, and move merchandise for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

• Use a voice-directed (Voice Collect) headset to accurately pick and fill customer orders.
• Select, load, and stage merchandise and pallets for shipment to designated shipping areas.
• Fulfill orders efficiently while working on foot or operating powered equipment such as forklifts and high reach trucks.
• Move pallets and product safely throughout the warehouse to support high-volume distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, procedures, and best practices when working around moving equipment and machinery.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment focused on productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Support order fulfillment needs that may include weekend and holiday availability as required.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and order selectors.
• Comfort using voice-directed systems (Voice Collect) and RF scanners to pick and track orders.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate selection and staging of merchandise.
• Safety-oriented mindset with consistent adherence to safety procedures and use of proper equipment.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Ability to stoop, squat, and kneel on a regular basis while handling product.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required to support order volume.

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Familiarity with high reach equipment and powered industrial trucks.
• Comfort working around moving machinery and in varying temperature conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a productivity-driven setting.

Work takes place in a fast-paced, temperate-controlled warehouse distribution center that supports high-volume order fulfillment. Team members spend extended periods on foot with frequent movement throughout the facility, regularly using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, RF scanners, and voice-directed systems. The physical environment includes varying temperatures within the facility and working around moving equipment and machinery, requiring strict adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures. The setting is highly team-oriented and focused on productivity, accuracy, and safety. Dress code is casual and practical, including shorts or pants, sneakers or other closed-toe shoes, and T-shirts without profanity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICKSBURG, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in FREDERICKSBURG,PA.
