Job Description

**Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders in Perris, CA to join our warehouse team. As a Freight Handler/Unloader, you will be responsible for unloading freight manually in teams without the use of heavy machinery. The main duties will include palletizing clothing items, requiring the ability to lift 20-50 pounds consistently. This is a 1st shift position from Monday to Friday starting at 4:30am (Full time with occasional overtime)

**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
- Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred, but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload freight in teams manually
- Palletize clothing items efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Meet daily productivity goals to maximize earnings
