Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js) to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, application performance optimization, and leading technical discussions. This role requires collaboration with product owners, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for complex software systems.
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable applications following industry best practices.
  • Drive code quality through code reviews, design reviews, and adherence to development standards.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers through technical coaching, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience in software development and application engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MEAN Stack technologies:
    • MongoDB
    • Express.js
    • Angular
    • Node.js
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web application development.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, security best practices, and system architecture.
  • Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective technical solutions.
