General Liability Claims Adjuster - Dedicated Account
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
• Claims Background: 5 years of Commercial General Liability Experience- Bodily Injury, Premises Liability, Retail experience is a plus, Property damage is a plus
• Jurisdictional Experience: Multi-state experience preferred; open to all jurisdictions
• Active Adjuster Licenses: Any active state licenses preferred
In this role, you will:
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability claims with limited supervision, utilizing strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive claims toward resolution
• Collaborate closely with clients to provide strategic claims solutions and support effective claims management practices
• Prioritize competing responsibilities while delivering high-quality service to clients, claimants, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and exposure on a variety of claims including litigated matters
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of General Liability claims handling experience
• Appropriate adjuster licensing and/or certifications for applicable jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of industry standards, claims practices, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with claims management systems and related business software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience handling Retail Liability claims
• Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims experience
• Litigation management experience
• Knowledge of contractual indemnification, tenders, risk transfer, and coverage analysis
