We are hiring for Picker/Packer & General Warehouse Associate - Day and Night Shift available

This position supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced snack production facility, combining order picking, packing, material handling, and general warehouse responsibilities. The role involves selecting finished snack products, preparing orders for shipment, organizing inventory, and assisting with loading, unloading, and pallet movement. Team members must follow all food-safety and workplace-safety standards while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick snack products using scanners or pick sheets and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pack, label, seal, and stage boxes or pallets for outbound loads.
• Inspect products for quality, correct counts, and proper packaging.
• Load and unload pallets of finished goods or raw materials as needed.
• Move inventory using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Replenish stock, organize warehouse areas, and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain clean workstations and follow all food-handling and safety procedures.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals while supporting overall warehouse flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, pick/pack, or production environments preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack boxes or pallets as required.
• Familiarity with scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
