Job Overview

Are you tired of boring snacks that don’t spark joy? Imaginary Corp is on the hunt for a Head of Snack Strategy who can sprinkle some creativity (and maybe a dash hilarity) into our snack initiatives. If you think outside the bag and have a knack for turning potato chips into laugh-out-loud moments, this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Dream up outrageous snack ideas that could make even the most serious person crack a smile.
• Conduct market research to identify what people really want - yes, some might be just a bag of air, but let’s aim higher.
• Collaborate with teams that just might have different ideas about what “snack” means—like, is a chocolate cake a snack or a meal? Let’s settle the debate!
• Lead brainstorming sessions that may or may not involve snacks for inspiration (spoiler alert: they will).
• Monitor and analyze snack performance—because if it doesn’t get eaten, did it even exist?
• Engage directly with consumers; be prepared to hear the wildest snack combinations known to humanity.
• Present snack strategy proposals to senior management with the confidence of someone who knows they’ll pitch a chip-flavored ice cream.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any fun field—whatever makes you interesting.
• Exceptional communication skills; you should be able to explain why ketchup on chips is a culinary masterpiece.
• Creative thinking abilities to make people laugh, because who doesn’t want their snacks to come with a side ofgles?

Desired Experience

• A maximum of 5 years in creative strategy or marketing, ideally with a knack for snacking.
• A history of developing successful products; if you’ve created the snack that breaks the internet, you’re our hero.
• Experience leading projects that required collaboration, negotiating who gets the last cookie included.

Salary & Benefits

The annual salary for this role is between ₹50,000 and ₹90,000. While we can’t pay you in snacks (yet), we offer a package that’s as tasty as your wildest dreams:
