Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at our Healthcare client in Concord! This position is a temp role to start wth opportunity for extension and/or permanent placement! 100% onsite Concord Pay Rate: $17/hr Hours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm Start Date: antticipated 4/6 or 4/13 Job Duties:

• Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates into the system.
• Enter and maintain all provider information into database.
• Verify required documentation.
• Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates.
• Outreach providers via email and by phone.
• Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards

Must have:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
• Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and providers.
• Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member.
• Organizational skills.

Background check is Criminal check.
