Salary: $41,600 - 45,760 per year Requirements:

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with end users in a support capacity
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Keen interest in IT and technology, with a desire to learn new systems
• Basic knowledge of computers, troubleshooting, or help desk procedures is beneficial (but not mandatory)
• Positive demeanor and openness to constructive criticism for personal growth

• Deliver Tier 1 help desk support as the initial line of defense via phone and ticketing systems
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Provide desktop break-fix support, printer assistance, and facilitate device installations
• Participate in Microsoft 365 (O365) rollout initiatives
• Record, monitor, and document incidents using the ServiceNow (Sharewell) ticketing system
• Elevate issues to Tier 2/3 teams when necessary
• Assist with inventory management, imaging, asset tracking, and equipment organization
• Support straightforward project setups and staging of IT equipment
• Perform light physical activities such as moving equipment and handling pallets
