Ophir Administrative Services LLC is looking for results-driven Independent Contractors to join our outbound sales team.

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

1 year BPO Experience (at least 6 months in Sales)

Excellent English communication skills 

Own a PC or Laptop with noise-canceling headset & 50+ Mbps stable internet

Ready for Graveyard Shift (US Hours)

**SHIFT**: Graveyard / Night Shift (US Hours)

* SCHEDULE: 10:00 am 7:00 pm US PDT (Interchangeable Schedule)
* LOCATION: Remote / Work from Home anywhere in the Philippines or Hub in Cavite City.

**COMPENSATION OPTIONS**

Choose the path that fits your experience and availability 

**Option 1 (Stable Fee):** ₱22,000 Fixed Service Fee + 2% Commission. (Full-time availability).

Please contact customer service to restore access to your account.₱22,000 Base Pay (inclusive of 10% night differential)

* 2% Commission per Sale
* 40 hours minimum per week (Full-time)
* Paid monthly via Bank Remittance or GCash

**Option 2 (Closers):** 10% Commission with ₱3,000 Weekly Advanced Draw. (Flexible)

* ₱3,000 Weekly Draw (Think of it as a weekly allowance that you pay back once your big commissions come in!)
* 10% Commission per Sale
* 20 hours minimum per week (Part-time or Full-time)
* Weekly Draw payout and Remaining commissions paid monthly via Bank Remittance or GCash

**Option 3 (Onsite Hub): **

₱22,000 Fixed Service Fee + Commission (Cavite City, Hub location) (Full-time availability).

* ₱22,000 Base Pay (inclusive of 10% night differential)
* 2% Commission per Sale
* Paid monthly via Bank Remittance or GCash

INCOME POTENTIAL: ₱30,000+ Monthly

**PERFORMANCE GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Set appointments or Close sales deals through outbound calls.
* Goal: 10 qualified appointments set OR 2 sales per week.
* Outbound calls: Minimum 750 calls/week 
* Open to work during weekends and holidays (Interchangeable schedule).

**TRAINING:**

Training is paid upon successful completion of the 2-week trial period, provided sales goals and requirements are met. Orientation Success Bonus: In lieu of a daily rate, the Contractor shall earn a flat ₱11,000.00 Success Bonus upon reaching the milestone of [4] Paid Sales within the 14-day period.

_"Notwithstanding the 14-day milestone, the Contractor shall be entitled to a 10% commission on any and all sales successfully closed and paid during the Orientation Period, to be disbursed in the next regular payout cycle even if the full Orientation Success Bonus is not earned."_
