Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer biologic infusions , including Vyepti (eptinezumab) , to stable outpatient patients in the Midland, TX area.
This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care in a home-based setting, with full clinical and pharmacy support.
Responsibilities
Administer biologic and specialty infusions per provider orders
Perform pre-, during-, and post-infusion assessments
Monitor for and manage infusion reactions
Establish and manage IV access (peripheral IVs, PICCs, ports)
Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and medications
Complete accurate clinical documentation
Coordinate care with nursing and pharmacy teams
Required
Active RN license in Texas or Compact State
1+ year IV infusion or acute care nursing experience
Strong IV and vascular access skills
Current BLS certification
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred
Experience with biologic infusions (Vyepti, monoclonal antibodies)
Home infusion or outpatient infusion experience
CRNI® or infusion-related certification
