Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for genuine hospitality . Ideal candidates should have experience in fine dining and familiarity with reservation platforms like OpenTable .
Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar platforms.
Maintain an organized seating chart to ensure efficient table flow.
Communicate with servers and management to optimize guest experiences.
Assist with phone inquiries, including reservations and general restaurant information.
Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for all guests.
Handle guest concerns with grace, professionalism, and problem-solving skills .
Support the front-of-house team with organization and efficiency.
At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
Experience with OpenTable or other reservation management platforms preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills .
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and teamwork mindset .
