Who This Job Is For

• You've got 2+ years of paid residential cleaning experience (not family/friends) and you can run a full standard, deep, move-in/move-out, or post-construction clean without anyone holding your hand. You know your way around a vintage walk-up, a three-flat, and a modern high-rise — and you take pride in a spotless finish.
• You deliver 5-Star Service: pride in your work, attention to detail, client satisfaction.
• You have Integrity: honesty, reliability, and quality always come first.
• You're a Team Player: you communicate clearly, show up on time, and have your partner's back when you're paired up.

What You'll Do

• Standard recurring cleans (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
• Deep cleans — top-to-bottom, the full Rover checklist
• Move-in / move-out cleans
• Post-construction cleans
• Apartment, condo, three-flat, and single-family home cleans
• Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, general tidying
• Work independently, manage your own time, and communicate proactively with the office

Travel across Chicago neighborhoods (Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North, Gold Coast, Wicker Park, Logan Square, Rogers Park, Edgewater, Fulton River District, and surrounding areas) — you choose your service areas

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Driver's license + reliable transportation
• Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• 2+ years of paid residential cleaning experience
• Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and job updates

Pass a detailed US background check (only a small fraction of applicants make it through — we have high standards)

Qualifications

• Do you have reliable transportation to jobs across Chicago? (Required)
• Do you have U.S. work authorization? (ITIN Required)
• Do you have 2+ years of paid residential cleaning experience? (Required)
• Do you own your basic cleaning supplies and equipment? (Required)
